6th Annual Harvest your Energy Festival

The City of Medford and the Medford Energy Committee are proud to present the 6th Annual Harvest Your Energy Festival

Saturday October 3rd, 2015 Noon- 3 PM

@ Riverbend Park

Riverbend Park is located behind the McGlynn School. It is a great opportunity to come out and learn about and support local organizations and their green practices and products as well as enjoy a beautiful day along the Mystic River.

Fun, Education, Music, and More! There will be activities for the whole family to enjoy!

Free stuff! Everyone who checks in at the sign-in table will get a free raffle ticket for entry into this year’s raffle! This year’s raffle prizes to be announced, here is last year’s raffle prizes!

Bring your bikes and helmets!!! Kids Bike Rodeo will teach bike safety skills to children from 1:30-3PM; 5 minute skills sessions for adults; Bike tour to Assembly Row & back! Watch the presentation of the Medford Green Awards Get to see inside “Windy” the Wind Turbine Enjoy live music, entertainment, and art from local artists such as Trail Mix and Tufts BEATS Get information from Mass Energy about green energy as well as discounted heating oil Enjoy tasty treats from local food vendors including Scoopsies Ice Cream and Down East Cider House Win raffle prizes from local companies including a $100 gift card from Yoki Japanese Restaurant in Station’s Landing or a free message from Elements Massage Medford. In case of rain, the event will be held in the McGlynn School Cafeteria.
