Our Staff​



Staff & Directors:

We ensure that all of our staff is kind, loving and nurturing in addition to providing an appropriate learning atmosphere for your children. All of our teachers are qualified according to the regulations of the Department of Early Education and Care of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Many of our teachers have either an Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields such as Early Childhood Education. In addition all teachers are First Aid and CPR trained and certified. We Continually refresh our skills. Here at Terri's Little Pumpkins continuing education and workshops is encouraged. Staff attends regular meetings and workshops. Our teachers and assistant teachers must go through 20 hours per year of training within the childcare field. We expect that each teacher and assistant have the skills and education to provide a nurturing learning environment for your children – and to continually refresh those skills.
